We are committed to improving the quality of life for our residents. Our goal is to address a multitude of needs including social, educational, safety, and even vocational. The end result is a happy community with minimal turnover.

Our number one asset is our club house. When we acquire an asset, we turn the club house into our Activity Center or Kids Club. We then partner with local non-profits, churches, vendors, and schools to offer enrichment programs for kids.

Each property we acquire and manage has a unique set of challenges. We think creatively about how to improve access to community-based games, sports, art classes and much more. Providing quality activities strengthens the community and increases overall satisfaction.

We provide educational programs for our adults and youth residents. These programs can include after school tutoring, ESL classes, job readiness classes, etc. Typically, the inability to speak English is the main reason our residents can’t compete in the job market.

None of our residents go hungry during the holidays. We host annual Christmas and Thanks Giving meals. We partner with local non-profits to provide everything our residents need without adding to their financial pressures. We also host numerous potlucks throughout the year.

We provide computers in our learning center for tutoring, mentoring, and access to needed resources. Children who attend our after-school programs receive tutoring and mentoring in math, English, writing, and other critical skills.
