Kathy Garrett is the Founder and CEO of the Charis Group. She brings over thirty years of experience in multifamily real estate. She also founded His Creation, a faith-based landscaping company. Kathy has managed, acquired, and sold over 10,000 units in her career. Her vision, leadership, creativity, and attention to detail are critical to the Charis Group’s success.

JT Hardcastle

Broker | Founder of The Real Estate Project

JT Hardcastle is the Founder of the Real Estate Project. He has a successful background in real estate brokerage with ten agents working under him. The Real Estate Project has donated over $400,000 of it’s revenue to faith-based ministries in the DFW area to date. JT brings critical leadership and experience to the Charis Group.
